At RAM Wireline Services, we understand the unique challenges involves in Plug and

Abandonment operations. Unlike production wells, P&A work doesn't always require a

complete cleanout. We recognize that reaching a sufficient depth with the pipe can allow you to

leave the rest in the well. We are also aware that P&A projects come with fixed AFE costs,

making operational overruns difficult to manage. 

 

Ram Wireline Services was established to address this specific need. Unlike traditional wireline

companies, we have tailored our operations to deliver superior service in P&A projects.

All of our units are equipped with advanced computer systems that provide detailed logging of TACs,

packers, seat nipples, and pipe perforations. Every pipe is logged in and out on each run,

ensuring precision and accuracy.

 

Our system also supports the use of Digital Freepoint tools, which are the only tools that provide

a reliable percentage reading on stuck pipe. The visual percentage meter gives our customers

confidence that the pipe will be free after cutting. Additionally, we offer DRB Bond logs and

Differential Temperature logs to accurately locate the top of cement or assess the success of a

squeeze job. These logs come with a no-cost analysis and are digitally delivered to customers

or regulatory bodies.

industry leader in perforating and cutting safety. This system eliminates the risk of surface

detonation, ensuring safer operations for your team.

 1. Ram Mobility Concept: Each unit is fully stocked for a variety of tasks, from tubing

punchers and multiple-size cutters to different-sized perforating guns (1 11/16” strip guns

to 3 1/8” casing guns). This comprehensive setup eliminates downtime due to jobsite

conditions and the need for Hot Shots. Each unit also comes equipped with gauge rings,

junk baskets, plugs, and premium 10K cement plug capabilities.

2. Safe Rig-Up Process: Ram exclusively operates on pulling units, utilizing trailers that

keep all rig-up and lubricator equipment nearby. This eliminates the need for heavy

equipment transfers from the wireline truck to the well, improving safety by reducing the

risk of injury during rig-up

 3. Continuous Training and Development: Employee education is one of our core
